Sale of 100% of Crosspoint, a company that supplies and services equipment and systems to television production, post-production and broadcasting companies, as well as solutions for OTT environments, to the British group ES Broadcast. The three shareholders capitalize the value of their shares, allowing two of them to retire and the third to continue as a shareholder of the British group and managing director in Spain.
