The French group SYCLEF acquired a majority position in DECOFRIO, a company with more than 40 years of activity in industrial refrigeration. With this acquisition, the SYCLEF Group positions itself in the refrigeration market in Spain, while the sellers cashed in their shares and remain in management as minority partners.
