Sale of 100% of the company Crosspoint , which supplies and services equipment and systems for television production, post-production and broadcast companies and solutions for OTT environments, to the British group ES Broadcast. The three shareholders cashed in the value of their shares, allowing two of them to retire and the third to continue as a shareholder of the British group and general manager in Spain.
