The French group SYCLEF acquires a majority position in DECOFRIO, a company with more than 40 years of activity in the field of industrial refrigeration. With this acquisition, the SYCLEF Group positions itself in the refrigeration market in Spain, while the sellers capitalize their shares and continue in the management as minority partners.
