Jordi Alberich

Co-founder of M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 1988. Throughout his professional career, he has combined his position in the company with responsibilities in the institutional economic world, being general director of the Círculo de Economía until 2019 and, more recently, vice-president of the think tank of the employers' organization Foment del Treball.
He holds a degree in business administration and an MBA from ESADE.

Ramon Palacín

He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 1991. With previous experience in industrial organization, he has been an associate professor at ESADE since 1996, where he teaches company valuation and mergers and acquisitions. Author of the books "De directivo a empresario via Management Buyout. Guía para directivos que desean adquirir una empresa" and "Creación de valor: 12 estrategias para duplicar el valor de una empresa en 4 años".
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC, an MBA from ESADE and a PhD in Business Administration from ESADE.

Santi Benedé

He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2015, after extensive business experience as CEO of Esade Creapolis; CEO of Planeta de Agostini; CEO of Estubroker Agencia de Valores; Director of MEFF (Financial futures and options market) among others.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC, an MBA from ESADE and an AMP from Harvard Business School.

Marc Dot

Prior to joining M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2016, he served as director of e-commerce at Le Creuset, and strategy advisor in various innovation and digitization projects.
He holds a degree in industrial engineering from UPC and an MBA from ESADE.

Juan Ignacio Fornós

He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones after extensive business experience in the international arena, especially in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where he was deputy to the president for Europe. He was also responsible for the Tokyo office of the Ministry of Industry.
He holds a degree in business administration from the UB and a PADE from IESE.

Marc Serra

Prior to joining M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2020, he developed his professional activity in the field of information systems and digitalization, having served as CEO of Artplanet and Lestour, companies he founded.
He holds a degree in business administration from ESADE.

Sergio Vernis

He joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2021. He started as entrepreneur, developing his own company and afterwards selling it to a technological company where he started as executive. Throughout his professional career he has held senior executive positions such CEO in Sogeti España and COO at Capgemini España among others plus special collaborations with Non Profit Organizations.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC and ADE from ESADE.

Marina Romano

After accumulating experience in the organization of management procedures and internal monitoring, she joined M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones in 2018, assuming the functions of internal operational director.
She holds a diploma in administrative management from ETP.
